Our Services

All our services are a starting price. Price can change based on service provider level, length of hair, thickness of hair, and desired end result. Your stylist will consult and price quote before services are started.

Cancellation & Redo

We at Salon Zed understand that circumstances arise where cancellation or rescheduling is necessary. We respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations and reschedules. Any guest who cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of their appointment or who “no calls/no shows” will be required to leave a 50% non-refundable deposit for their future service. 

Depending on the length of the service a 50% deposit may be required to book and secure your appointment. This deposit will go towards the service on the day of the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours another deposit will be required to reschedule. 

Guests who arrive 10 minutes late or more will be serviced based on the provider's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment as needed to stay on time. 

All service adjustments must be performed within 7 days of the initial service date with the same service provider. Additional charges may be applied. 
 
Please understand that when you cancel or do not show up to your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
